The Anti-Snoring Guard is a custom-fit mouthpiece that helps quiet snoring and protects your teeth from grinding. It works by gently holding your lower jaw slightly forward while you sleep, keeping your airway open so the soft tissue at the back of your throat is less likely to vibrate — the vibration that causes snoring. The same soft, non-toxic silicone also cushions your teeth against night-time clenching and grinding, so it does double duty as a night guard.
Fitting it takes just a couple of minutes: soften the guard in hot water, bite down gently to mold it to your teeth, then dip it in cold water to lock in the shape. It's reusable — simply rinse, dry, and store it in the included case between nights — with no straps, headgear, or machines to deal with.
