Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the item. Some products ship from overseas warehouses, which can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods.

Tracking: Track your order any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated for a few days, don't worry — packages sometimes pause between carriers before updating.

Delays: Weather, customs, or carrier issues can occasionally slow delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at support@nutrabase.shop and we'll make it right.
